Question about Spider-Man's organic web shooters & Magneto

Regarding Spider-Man's organic web shooters:

I've only been reading the ASM from the MU Spider-Man titles and I missed on what happened. Does Spider-Man now have organic web shooters in all SM titles? Can you give a brief description of how this came about?

Regarding Magneto:

I have only read Morrison's run on New X-Men, which left me the impression that Magneto was dead. However, it appears that he is alive in the Avengers Disassembled arc. I've heard that the explanation might lie on the Excalibur or whatever it's called title. Can you help a brother out, so as to be able to understand what's happening?

That was apparently a Magneto clone or impersonator who was also simultaneously impersonating Xorn, cuz he's still alive or something. Thats about all I know about it.

The Magneto that died wasn't magneto it was a evil Xorn who used his secondary mutation to look like Magneto.

Magneto was crying like a pussy on Genosha cause his life was a tottal screw job.

Xavier shows up with dead Xorn/Mag body and then the real Mags stops blubbering and acts good until his stupid daughter goes psycho.

he then uses his powers to open a portal (which has never been done) and now he will only let Xavier in to see him/look after his daughter.

i always thought that mags remains alive because of the magnetic energy that srrounds the universe...see how everything has magnetic energy and he'll keep on living because he kinda lives off it

Spider-Man: In the Disassembled issues in Spectacular he mutated to a Spider and gave birth to a new version of himself with webshooters. Or something. I forcefully forgot that story.

Magneto: We haven't gotten a complete story behind his return yet.
