There's a new double-page spread during the church sequence, showing all of the heroes present.
There's a page added to #7 where Batman, Nightwing and Robin take down Deathstroke.
There's a page added to #7 during the Metropolis battle where the Titans defend the injured Nightwing and Dr. Mid-Nite assures Robin that everything's all right.
And the big 2 page splash of the entire DCU was redrawn by Perez.
And like others said, the big opening 2 page splash of the Metropolis battle was completed, inked and colored.
That's all my partner found when he flipped through it.

"Well, Geoff's idea was to have Red Hood be the Jason Todd of Earth-Two. So hed be this kid, who wanted to be Batman's sidekick. He sneaks into the Batcave, and the first thing he sees as he boots up the bat-computer is...Batman murdered. And so he uses Bruce's stuff, training himself to take over for him. I think there was even talk of him possibly being Deathstroke's Robin."

Huh.... interesting. I must say, I liked Winnick's better, at least based off that.

The best part of the book is the 12 page interview with Johns, Jimenez, Berganza and Schaefer (asst editor) that has inside infor, talk about shortcomings and what was changes and artwork spread throughout including a nice unused Jimenez Earth 1&2 Wonder Women page and an amusing, cut Pantha's Head panel.

That might have been cool...but I think in the end what they did was better.
