voted for Forever, but can't say it's a fair vote 'cause i started Powers late in the game. started around the time SuperShock started going crazy. only got the odd issues here and there before that, some back issues whenever i had a spare dollar or two.

Sellouts. Nowhere else in comics can you see Superman melt the Pope, Batman give Robin a golden shower, and Wonder Woman referred to as Ultradyke.

And honestly? I love how incredibly disrespectful the Silver Age parody is. It's a welcome change from the borderline-masturbatory nostalgia displayed whenever most writers do Silver Age homages.

I voted for Forever, but not for the monkey sex, that was just a nice bonus. I really liked seeing the long history of Christian Walker. Plus he gets both Retro Girl and Zora in bed at the same time.

Forever - the origin I least expected, cameos outta nowhere, and lends itself to a metric assload of backstory that will never be told. Awsomeness.

This is REALLY tough but i have to go with Who Killed Retro Girl?, Just a superb entry into the Powers world.

Damn now i'm going to have to go and re-read all my trades.

It's just a kick-ass arc with gripping action and some real emotional moments. And...

Zora's death is just incredibly sad and well-written.
