Things that people say on TV a whole lot.

Characters on TV say these two things a lot:

"There's no time to explain." or "I'll explain later."

And,

"Look, I know this is hard for you, but...."

What else?

Also, everything is prefaced with a commanding, "Look..." I don't think I've ever said that to anyone. "Look, I know you're upset about what happened today, but you..." etc. It's so demanding. "Focus here, on the way I'm about to circumvent your feelings and get you to use your brain to solve the current problem."

I want to work in a writers room so I can make fun of the writers who use these phrases.
