Powers Cover Comparisons part II

Because you demanded it (someone demanded it, right? Please, anyone?!), here is a second batch of Powers cover comparisons:

These are all from Powers Vol. 1 (Image). I only know most of them from the extras in the Roleplay TPB. Most are album covers, unless otherwise noted:

#8 - Janis Joplin and Big Brother and the Holding Company's Cheap Thrills
#9 - Beatles - Hard Day's Night British Import Single
#10 - Sinead O'Connor - I do not want what I haven't got
#11 - Beatles - White Album
#22 - Suicide - First Album [I am assuming that others in this arc come from other album covers, but I couldn't tell you which. If anyone knows, I will be glad to compile and make a part III)
#26 - Superfriends Classic pic by Alex Toth. I don't know if this was for a comic or just a promo piece for the show. This image was used again on #27 and #29.
#32 - Just a guess, but this is definitely evocative of the alternate Conan Movie poster, but could also be from another piece, like a Boris or Frazetta painting. I would guess that others in this arc were inspired from other sources, but I don't know what they are. I thought maybe #33 was from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, but couldn't find any similar shots.. EDIT-- Confirmed from Mike that this is from the Frank Frazetta 1965 painting, "The Barbarian".

Dr. Omega's first cover comp. has been prepped for the P! site already. I will certainly include the entire compilation here as well. I have just been looking for the spot for this kind of information...smells like a new page being added on.

Cool! Well, I did write earlier that it may have been from a Frazetta painting.. I have updated it.
