Yes, he's gay and everyone always known he was gay. That's why he was such a controversial figure in the 50's, and he was. It's one those things that's always been so obvious that the act of "coming out" for Little Richard would be kinda redundent. It's not like he's Rock Hudson or Roy Cohn or anything.

The song American Pie by Don Maclean makes reference to the Jester (Bob Dylan) playing for the "King and Queen," some people think this is a reference to JFK and Jackie-O, while others think its a reference to Elvis Presley (The King) and Little Richard (The Queen)
