Discussion about who would win a fight between Thing and Luke Cage brought up a lot of stuff about both characters, including Bendis' perception of the character, and a recent defeat at the hands of the Wrecker.
Was this just, or an under estimation of Luke Cage's power?
Are some people under estimating The Wrecker's power?
It depends on the Wrecker. The Wrecker has wildly swung in power, between beating Thor (The heavy weight of heavy weights of tyhe Marvel U, and being the whipping boy of anyone and everyone.) On average I would say that Cage beats th e Wrecker, but extra powerful Wrecker beats almost everyone.
the wrecker. unless the wrecker did something to hurt cage's baby's mama. then he will go all pulse style smashing things like he did to norman which was awesome.

(I'm basing this on my knowledge of the characters. I didn't know Wrecker lost the Asguardian strength (according to Haselhoff). I'll stick by my answer though.)

You've got the wrong man, chief.
I was under the impression he still had the powers.
