I really enjoyed the book, but I just don't know if I'll watch the movie. Seeing the previews gives me the impression that they missed the mark, but I could be wrong.

When I read the book, I never thought it would make a good film. Trailers have done nothing to make me think otherwise. Likely, I will not see this.

Looks fairly wide, but not national. It seems to be out in most major cities, it is not here though.
