I think there's a time difference of six months between the end of RIP and when that first panel "Batman and Robin will never die!" in the first issue. I think Damien's going to become Robin with Tim becoming Nightwing.

I could definitely see that happening. But that cover reminds me a lot of some other bad drawings of Tim where he looks way too young. In fact, that actually looks a lot like Tim did in the early issues of Morrison's run.
