Sequels that pick up immedeately after the previous movie.

I'm watching Karate Kid II on Hulu, and I remember that as a kid, I always liked that the movie picked up right after the first one ended (probably an early clue that I was gonna be a whore for continuity later on), and I'm wondering what other movies were like this. Off the top of my head I can only think of the Back to the Future trillogy (II picking up at the end of I and III picking up at the end of II) and the Evil Dead movies (though there are definately some continuity errors between II and AoD, and the first half of II is essentially a slimmed down remake of ED I). What are some more?

*edit* Friday the 13th III and Friday the 13th The Final Chapter also fit this mold.

Back to the Future II happens immediately after the original (they zoom away in the Delorean). Although Elizabeth Shue has mysteriously replaced the original girlfriend.
