...RIGHT after the part where I blow up the cop vans in the Docks, what do I do? All I can do is grapple and listen to the Falcone Thug's heartbeat. There's no way for me to get down there and grab one of them becuase they'll all out in the open. I can't even climb the grapple rope up the crane.
