Stykman Comic rocks hard!

Have you heard of the Stykman comic from a.k.a. Comics? If not, consider yourself in the know now. I first heard about Stykman from the creator Jonnie Allan at the '05 WWT.

Basically, if you like the Tick or any other zanny off the wall humor, Stykman is for you. Stykman is a man made of sticks, naturally, and he has an alien sidekick who does all of the work but gets none of the credit.

Honestly now, when you think about it, comics have become just a little too serious. The world is scary enough. There's a sour note hanging in the air. The last thing we need is to inject all the angst, fear and frustration into one of the most imaginative creations ever dreamed up� the world of the comic book.

Where are the stories of the unbelievable events, wonder and awe that make comics great? Side-splitting stories filled with an unlikely hero, an alien sidekick, pirate ships & "suped up" big wheels? Where are the stories of killer dirt-clods, a homeless prophet, and the devil stopping by for a laugh or twelve? With beautiful women, exploding bathrooms, Guardian Angels, and the occasional assassination attempt on Santa Clause? Where can one find such tales?

I bring this up, because Stykman just got picked up by diamond and will be in the Feb Previews. I am super excited because I freaking love this little series! Love that rivals my feelings for the All New Ant-Man series! It is awesome!

Bump. I am trying to spread the word over Stykman. Come on you guys, it is very funny and will be availible through Diamond in a few months. I will remind everyone again once it can be ordered.

Jonnie's a good guy and a helluva promoter. Stykman should be in Diamond Previews soon, keep a look out! The world needs more comedic books like this.
