(This is taken directly from the BB review group, as this is to be it's sister group, and in no way some sort of warring faction, merely a main alternative to books that aren't from the Big 2. The only criteria is that the book is NOT Marvel or DC and preferably not a superhero book, but it doesn't necessarily matter. Image and Dark Horse are acceptable. EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE FOR MAX, WILDSTORM OR VERTIGO TITLES, but only if they are something that everyone feels has merit over and beyond the typical comic.)
What we do: This is a fanbased review group, open to everybody.
As people post the reviews, I will add your name and score to a list in the main post and at the end of the week average the scores for an overall grade on the book. We grade on a scale of 0-10.
THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE EVERY WEEK. Please join in as little or as much as you like week to week. If you are uncomfortable giving a grade then just join in the discussions and ask questions.
BTW: This thread will go on for 2 weeks instead of the typical 1.

I flipped through it over the weekend. It was basically the shit. It feauters "Jeepers Jacobs" his beautiful story from Kramer's Ergot 5. That story is worth the price of the book itself.
I may be getting it tomorrow. Not for sure just yet...
I'm hopefully getting this tonight and having him sign it.
if i didn't have my damned night class, i'd be able to buy this from him in Chicago tonight. so, it'll wait until tomorrow.

I bought my copy there and had Kevin sign it and chatted with him briefly. Also had Nilsen and Bell sign books I bought. Jeffrey Brown was there but I think he left early.
Yeah, I couldn't make it. I live like 4 hours outside of Chicago...
I really wanted to go, but it didn't work out.
