From what I could tell, all the reactions seemed pretty damn sincere.

The guy hit is in complete disbelief, and is probably so hyped up now, he's not really feeling it yet. Meanwhile, the chubby kid who threw them, can't be seen in heat vision, but is he having a meltdown of some sort? Is the heavy breathing his?
That seems like a pretty typical reaction for a kid who's just done something completely stupid in the heat of the moment, and realises it.

And seriously... how many kids actually go up to a friend after something like that?!
