Eden or the Haitian seem likely to me.
I don't think it will be Isaac as he still needs to put together Hiro's comic book, unless, perhaps Hiro and Peter will put it together from all of Isaac's existing artwork.

I'm going to take the easy answer and say it will be Ando.
Ando's not a 'hero', though. If we are to believe the ads then in next week's episode we will see 'a hero fall'. Seems to me that they mean someone with powers. It's vague enough that I suppose any speaking role could count, but I'm betting on someone super.

Well...don't forget they've "killed" like 5 characters already. They could concieveably kill Hiro if Peter was next to him. Finding ways to kill characters and "bring them back" is something they're pretty good at.
