Dan's new project?

Okay, so I was reading New Joe Fridays just now, and got to thinking. One of the bits of preview art was an (at first) blank looking Civil War tie-in cover that said "The Return". Upon closer inspection I saw that it had Nova's logo on it (the red elongated starburst). Then just now, I was reading Dan's post about the current She-Hulk timeline, and Nova seemed to be mentioned more prominently than the other Annihilation characters. So maybe the new secret project has to do with Nova coming back to Earth after Annihilation, maybe reacting to CW and the New Warriors getting-blowed-up-real-good? Just a thought.

Besides, didn't Dan say his idea was something that grew out of CW naturally, yet no-one had thought of until he suggested it? I'm pretty sure Marvel had already had the idea to keep publishing FF

Yeah, but he may be doing something with the members of FF who aren't members after CW. Fantastic Force perhaps? Tom Brevoort may go for that given he wrote it.

That's an interesting idea

although your assumption about Tom Brevoort is completely off-base - I suspect he'd be the first to avoid anything he wrote, he's often expressed disappointment with his own written works and for that reason will probably never write again...

Yeah, I meant that more tongue in cheek than it appeared on page. Of course you are right
