I've suddenly gotten very nervous about my DCBS order...

I order the new League of Extraordinary Gentlemen HC from DCBS, and now that its been delayed, does that mean that my entire order is delayed? I have to ask because I ordered the Fables OHC as well as Absolute New Frontier and I want those to not be postponed indefinitely.

Has anyone ever had this kind of problem with DCBS?

I've never ordered from there but I know many places will ship stuff seperately if there is a delay in part of your order just so you don't have to wait forever in a situation like this.

I've had VERY good experiences with DCBS....I've had them ship monthly orders in up to 5 different chunks due to delays...

If you're worried, just shoot them an e-mail with your concerns. I'm sure they'll take care of you.

You've got nothing to worry about. You'll get your regular monthly books and more than likely a credit for the un-shipped LOEG book. This is just me guessing... I've been with DCBS for years and never had any problems!

No they will not delay the entire order- if that was the case, can you imagine how CW would have fucked them up?
They will ship the rest of your order without it, and when the book gets to them they will put it out on the next box to you.
They are really good about this

Ok, that's awesome. Just a quick question: they ship everything at the end of the month, right?

That's the default, though you can have them ship more frequently, if you like.

yea the default is that whatever you order gets shipped at the end of the month... HOWEVER...

I have noticed something.. at least with my orders.. say everything I ordered shipped the first 2 weeks of the month? I'll get it on the third.

You can gets stuff shipped bi weekly or weekly too-- but there is extra cost to the shipping to do that.
Me? I order trades and dup copies.. stuff I don't need right that week... you know.. like my daredevil.. I need that like yesterday.
