What is wrong with Chavez?

CARACAS, Venezuela -- Venezuela's president said it's "not absurd" to think that Washington had a hand in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

The South American leader who claims the United States launched wars in Afghanistan and Iraq only to solidify political power now contends a building like one of the World Trade Center towers "never collapses like that" and "could have been dynamited."

Hugo Chavez said a program he saw on Venezuelan state TV included a theory about how the United States could have carried out the attacks in order to "justify the aggressions that immediately were unleashed" on Afghanistan and Iraq.
In a speech to supporters in Caracas, Chavez said it's a "hypothesis that is gaining strength."

Are people not worried about Chavez because they think he is a moron and just saying stupid crap to piss people off?
This guy is really annoying.
It is like this guy in my political science class who just says the most obnoxious stuff to get attention and to be a jerk. I wish I could smack them both.

And don't forget kooky Pat (who plays a Christian on TV) opined on the 700 Club that we should just go and assassinate Hugo Chavez.

While I agree that Chavez says some stupid things sometimes he is very well loved in his country and certainly one of the last things that needs to be on our radar.

You know what would be funny? If somehow Ozzy Osbourne's kids and Pat's kids got together marriage wise could you imagine the the thanksgiving day dinner at that place?

He's an attention whore. But from the standpoint of the avaerage citizen of his country, he's one of the best leaders in the southern Americas.

He is a moron...we didn't have any issues with Afganistatn until after 9/11...because they wouldn't give us Bin Laden...as for Iraq we have had issues with them for a long time.
