    Watercolors

    Alex,

I'd first like to say that I really enjoy your work, it is very inspiring. I just wanted to mention how much I like your watercolor work. Obviously I like the ink work too, but the watercolor stuff is killer...especially in person.

Have you done any sequential work in watercolor?

Thought I'd post some of the watercolor examples for the fans here...

Thanks for your time and the website looks great!

Right now I am working on something that has a similar feeling. The only thing I have done is 3 pages of Batman as a sample about 12 years ago.

Cool. Unfortunately I don't own any of these...yet! I say yet because I'm in the process of obtaining that last Batman piece I posted.

Thanks for the links and if you end up going to the New York con in Feb. I might be there and would love to meet you. Plus, it would be cool to watch you draw too.

Elektra and second Batman are fantasic. And your Elektra is the best. Better than Sienkiewicz's, better than Miller's original. No, wait, maybe Miller, as author is slightly superior. But, than, DD cover 77, and the winner is...

Some mobster is cooking for you? So you are the new Kingpin of Hellkitchen now, when DD is in jail?
Have you used more than one model for DD during your (and BB’s, of course) run? At the cover of DD 67 he looks exactly like Ewan McGregor (far better choice than Ben Affleck for the DD movie, if one is asking me. But than, Ben is happily married with Elektra, pardon, Jennifer Gardner now, so DD movie really changed his life).
