I'd just avoid the Talkbacks.

I really can't wait to get this. Everything I've read about it makes it seem amazing.

I ordered mine direct from TopShelf (the signed edition) so hopefully it will be shipping soon.

Has anyone received theirs yet?

I'm not sure. I haven't been able to track down a set date, only that it will be published in August.

I know TopShelf had copies at the San Diego comic con, so they should be printed already.

Cool. I just wanna know so that I have my money ready. I passed up on getting Absolute KC this month because I knew I had this coming. I think I read somewhere that it'll be next week. Does anyone know if Diamond is carrying this or if Top Shelf is self distributing it?

I never knew about the fairy tale angle of this book. I thought it was about porn, not that the book itself is pornagraphic.

From the review it sounds like Moore pulled it off, that magnificently brilliant loon.

I was hoping to buy a discounted copy in Chicago but never got to it. So now I have to wait until I get it thru amazon before I can do my own little review of it for the comics section probably.

The title for the review makes my eyes bleed and is a perfect example of what's wrong with AICN.

I reviewed it for the Washington City Paper, but due to editorial changes (the regular arts editor just stepped down), the review is not slated to run until Sept. 1. When it does, I'll post it here (but by then, I suspect everyone will have read it).
