Though I realize the word "romantic" is quite broad and everyone wil have their own definitions and tastes, but that just makes it fun.

I don't really mean in terms of who you can listen to at a candle lit dinner or for a cuddle and desuction but who has a romantic heart true and true.

I nominate Paul Westerberg. Just listen to Replacement classics such as "Skyway," "Aching To Be," "Sadly Beautiful," and "Here Comes A Regular," among others.
