Re: BB Review Group week 88 - Justice League of America #0 (spoilers)

This was one giant waste of paper (and 3 dollars).

So the big three kiss and make up (gee, who'd 'ave thunk?) and we get a recap of "where they all stand now (which apparently is just the same old place they've always stood) Any forming of the JLA going on here? Nope.

The art was distracting, all the shifts between artists and the attempts to merge nostalgia and the past with the present. And to be honest I really couldn't give 2 shits about the stuff being summarized.

Wow, Thudpucker, what a dissapointing review. I loved Identity Crisis, so it will really be sad to know that this is crap.
However, it is #0, which seems superfluous to begin with. Maybe #1 will redeem it.

I don't have a car, and it's too late in the day to take public transport and have time to do all I have to do today. So I'm boned. And on one of the best weeks in months, too.....

Oh, well. Reviews will come. Just one day late.

That's what I'm thinking. I never trust #0's. This should have been a quarter or something (although I haven't read it yet).

Re: BB Review Group week 88 - Justice League of America #0 (spoilers)

This seems like they stretched a gimmick for an 8 page preview into a full issue. It didn't really work, and as Thud mentioned the art/time period changes were jarring and took away from the story.
