bought both seasons the other day love this cartoon series, half way throught the first disc
i enjoy all the quiet moments it has, letting the animation tell the story
tell why this cartoon was canceled, it didn't deserve it
I read that it didn't so much get cancelled, as Genndy Tartarkovski moved on to do the Star Wars cartoons, and apparently hasn't had interest in returning to it.
I like it. Beuatiful imagery with kick-ass kung-fu action mixed with classic American cartoon humor. Hard to watch in long spurts, though.

Tartarkovski does great things...I miss him. I didn't really care for Dexter's lab, but I loved Samurai Jack and the first Star Wars cartoon run. People around here HATED samurai jack because "Oh, its too SLOW and nothing HAPPENS!". I respond with "yet, you watch dragon ball z, which has 3 episodes of floating around and talking before every fight...". Yeah, I really miss samurai jack.

Samurai Jack is far better, just gotta let it soak in and enjoy every minute of it
and i didn't have to wait for 5 episodes before a fight secen happend
