well the xbox and the games you dont want to play will probably get you something if you want to trade in for the PS3 or Nintendo console once real pre-orders begin.
As I was in the same situation with my xbox so I decided to get rid of it.
I sold my X-box and about 15 games to a co-worker for 75.00.
The trade in value for the xbox keeps going down and my games were old. I wanted to get something out of the xbox while I could.
Mod it, or get it modded..
My Xbox is the center of my Entertainment center, it plays everything, with the Xbox media center installed on it.. i can stream music, play all my movies/tv shows off my comp, stream net radio, automaticly hit apple.com for new trailers, check weather.. make toast, plus play all my old console games.. NES SNES MAME GEN GBA GB etc..
