Question about character reveal in Young Avengers #3

I never read Christopher Priest's comic "The Crew," but I know there was also a character in that book with a connection to the original black Captain America, Isaiah Bradley. How is that character related to the Patriot?

I didn't read the crew. But I have to say that I saw this twist coming. A Captain America spin-off who seems to be angry a lot and never shows an inch of his skin in the costume. I was pretty sure that it would have something to do with Isaiah Bradley.

I thought the character in The Crew was also a grandson. Is he the son of the same daughter of Bradley?

Correct me if I'm wrong -- and I might be since it's been a while since I read it -- but wasn't Isaiah Bradley the main character in Truth, the book about the black soldiers that the Super Soldier serum was originally tested on?

Isaiah was the original Cap if I'm remembering this correctly.

If I remember correctly, (and I don't think I do) the character in The Crew was Isaiah's son. I'll have to check that, though.

His Grandson: Patriot (forget his name, don't have the book in front of me)
