Can we assume the DD in Civil War is the same one popping up in DD these days?

If so, it's gotta be someone fairly acrobatic - that's not Nick Fury these days. Danny Rand might be a decent guess. The coin thing looks to be a clue but other than Bullseye, I don't see who it points to.

I'd guess Taskmaster - he's got the skills and he's for hire. If there's someone (like Fury, Black Widow, or Murdoch himself) who has a vested interest in keeping DD out on the streets and raising doubts as to Matt being DD, they'd either find a volunteer to do it or hire someone. I actually have been thinking Foggy's death was faked - Murdoch arranged it as part of a plan to completely sever the DD relationship from himself and those around him and to get his loved ones out of the line of fire. Hiring Taskmaster to portray DD while he's in jail fits in with this nutty theory as well.

my quess of fury would be if the one in DD is not the same as the one in CW. But those are good guesses

I'm thinking Hawkeye, but that Taskmaster theory is interesting too.

Taskmaster makes me think of one guy though....Moon Knight.

Taskmaster would be cool, but may conflict with his upcoming appearance in Moon Knight (although MK might not be too tied to current Marvel continuity so it might be a moot point to bring that up).

Also...it wouldn't surprise me if Foggy's death was faked (maybe not the attack, but the subsequent announcement of his death)...but I highly doubt that Matt is the instigator. Otherwise his internal monologues in DD would make no sense since he clearly thinks Foggy is dead and wants revenge.

Once again, absolutely positively 90 % sure it is Hawkeye. Although I never thought of it being Nick Fury before. Not sure ol Nick still has what it takes to pull off the Daredevil moves, but that would be interesting. One way or another Cap knows who it is and is very comfy with him.

I just don't see Hawkeye being acrobatic enough to do the sort of things we are seeing the fake DD do in that title. Plus it can't be coincidence that Danny Rand showed up at Foggy's funeral.
