Keep pressure on it and keep it elevated over your head. That will help control the bleeding, but you may want to go to the ER and get stitches. I cut my finger on a license plate will washing the car and it still hurts when i press on it like 2 months later. Go get some stitches...
kleenex?! man, that stuff's hell on cuts. has lots of soft clingy bits. (i sliced into several of my fingers and thumbs at various jobs) paper towels usually work better.
should probably see a doc about it though if you think you hit the bone. you really might need a stitch or two. or, if you just want a nifty scar that you can make up a story about, you can wrap it in some thing other than kleenex, disinfect it regularly with peroxide and rubbing alcohol, and let it heal on it's own.
