Red vs Blue

Hey Dan, I started to tell you a bit about Red vs Blue over the weekend and you told me to send you the link.

Quick summary is this: a bunch of guys decided to get together and make a show using Halo multiplayer. They used the game as a camera, and actually recorded their voices over the phone to get the comm. link effect. The results are hysterical (ok, most of the time). Each episode is anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes long, and there up to about episode 77 now (there's about 20 episodes per season, so they've just wrapped season 4)

The series is pretty linear so you really need to see the episodes in order. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the show and the high bandwidth of the videos, the official website can only host episodes from the current season with a rolling archive of five episodes at a time from previous seasons. The DVDs are WELL worth it, though. Good commentary and nice bonus features.

you can also look for episodes on youtube, and they appear to have all of them.

the show is very linear, as I said, but the troupe have also done several PSA videos which work as good done-in-ones. Enjoy:
