I loved the Shylock story in Ronin Illustrated and am looking forward to #1.

Well the story from that book really has nothing to do with this one.
According to Shane it was more of a lost tale.

Yep, I felt Brad was such a strong character, and I wrote the original with no plans to be ongoing. Better to make it a stand alone and start fresh. Plus the style the Ronin Illustrated story was written in would get very old very quick.

The only things I know for certain is that I am 20 times happier with this story and Mike and Tom's art is brilliant.

Nice cover art! Not so good design, i'm afraid. Is it too late to change it?
I'd stick the Ronin logo on the top left en schrink the title a little and maybe overlap the title with the head

mail me if i can help

This was just a quick mock-up The basic layout is the same, However the Ronin logo is much smaller and the issue number is on the top left. Travis Howard is working on the high quality version.
