some guy calls my grandma today, looking for me, but asking for james (the name of her late husband)... she informs him hes dead, and he makes some remark, then how are we going to get this money issue settled?"... takes the dick about five minutesto figure out he called the wrong number, and without knowing the details, i was given his number by my grandmother, along with a name, jim smith... i dont know a jim smith and the name sounded fake, but i called him anyways... he answers the phone with "i fuckin told you id call you back bitch", when he realizes im not whoever he thought i was... im trying to get info out of him (since he called me, i owe him shit in the way of info) and he starts saying that in august, after i was in the hospital, that i cashed a check from blue cross (whos not my insurance provider) that was a mistake, and i cut him off... i havent cashed a check in at least 2 years, and tell him that im not covered by blue cross... he starts telling me that i have until 5:00 pm tomorrow to pay them back or, i cut him off again "or what fuckface? OR WHAT?!?"
i let my dad know that some psycho named jim smith is accusing me of check fraud, and tell him the details, only to find out that my dad got the check, and cashed it... he wondered why it would be on me...

Have you told your grandma what happened after you hung up the phone? I know im rambling, but i get paranoid about shit like that. Anyone who knows about a check that im supposed to receive and i dont even know about it, something is going on. When medical insurance checks are cashed, does one need to show proof or some kind of evidence confirming it being cashed AND or what it was used for or not? I know im doing a shitty job, with hardly any details, but i feel obligated to help you helped me out with the court thing.
