Read all those at one point except for Spider-Woman, as it came out after I stopped buying.

Yeah, I think it's just you.
I was thinking the same thing.

I'm almost there myself....there are only a few titles that actually hold my interest

I do buy trades of Y, Ex Machina pretty regularly

I don't know how you all do that. So, approx 20 book a week at $3.00 a pop. $240 a week in comics is crazyness.

I too have pretty much stopped and really I don't miss them at all. Every once in a while I will go pick up a trade, as to me it's a much better value.

I do find myself drawn to smaller press books when I do go now for the same reason, the price to get the full story just isn't worth it.

Ah...I don't usually have weeks like that. There have been weeks over a hundred...but those are usually the weeks that include some trades I've pre-ordered and things like that.

That's some funky math you've got going on there. Unless you mean a month.

    I think he meant month.

And the only reason I'm still afloat is because of the DCBS store in Fort Wayne. 35% off of everything new, $1 back issue sales and 25 cent "damaged" comics and 60%-75% off "damaged" trades and hardcovers (i.e. anything not NM) allow me to get lots of stuff at a fraction of the price.

I haven't bought or read an English language comic since mid November.

I would like to read the rest of Bendis and Maleev's DD run. But to be honest, when I'm not on the board, I don't think about comics. I know one day, if I have the money, I'll be able to read the books I've missed in trade.

My life is more focused on survival now.

My weekly comic supply has been shrinking more and more. I have a 30% discount on my store to boot, but as people have said, the hobby's getting pricey.
