I don't that anybody's does.
Mine doesn't. I like to think I have a very expressive voice, but, when I hear my voice played back to me, it's really rather dull and boring.
Technicially it cannot. The bones in your skull transmit the vibration from your vocal cords, as well as your own ears hearing the sounds from your mouth. Since you are the only one in your head, you get a second source of sound which alters the way you hear yourself.
A bear walks into a bar an says to the bar tender, "I would like a bourbon and...... a coke."
The bar tender says "What's up with the big pause?"
The bear said "I've had them all my life."
