So I'm taking a shower a little bit ago. I like my showers on the hot water side and I tend to keep my eyes closed because I have a think about getting water directly in my eyes. Too much info, but I'm going somewhere with this. Everything is normal (defenses are lowered) and I have my back to the water. Then all of a sudden I'm getting blasted with high pressure hot water. I'm like "okwhatisgoingonheeeEEEEEEeeeerrreeeenow?!" I get my sorted out again and I get over to the hot and cold water dials to turn them off and of course can't remember which is which so I'm getting burned, I'm getting blasted with cold. I get everything shut off and I open my eyes for the first time during this debacle to see why this is happening to me and I look up to see that apparently the showerhead had blown off and was dangling by some plastic. That's where the unfettered water blast was coming from and the spray effect was from the showerhead still hanging there. I turned on just a trickle of water (that's as much as was controllable) and continued my shower thinking that this is another one of those things that only happens to me.
Not as good as the time my lens popped out of my glasses and into the toilet, but they can't all be gold.

this morning I woke up at 6:20 to hit the gym nice and early...
when I got there I realized that the place was still closed and that's when I realized that I'd woken up an hour earlier then I'd intended...
so I decide to go jogging around the block while I wait for the place to open at 6...
I finally come back thinking that the workers will let me in, because they know me pretty well...
when I see that the place is still closed...
I didn't wake up one our earlier than intended. Instead I woke up 2 hours early... at 4:20 in the fucking morning.
Needless to say I wasn't going to wait another hour for the gym to open so I decided to just jog on the streets for another 40 or so mins. and head back to my apartment...
now I'm pretty tired and my legs are damn sore from jogging on the streets.

You were up and out at 4am for no apparent reason? I'd have pulled a control/alt/delete on that and just restart the whole day
