I have no idea what it would be called.

But it would be equal parts HIGH FIDELITY and EMPIRE RECORDS, but in a comic shop.

I SHOULD be played by Cusack, but if we're going more on physical appearance, it'd have to be Michael J. Fox, but less shakey.

I would call it "Bitches Be Crazy" and it would star a fatter version of the kid from Thumbsucker. It would be directed by Spike Jonez, so the plot is really too complex to explain. Just know that it involves many bitches who are, in fact, crazy.

ok, it'd be about some of my friends at my funeral remiscing and talking shit now that I'm dead.
Gael Garcia Bernal or Diego Luna would play young high school/ college me, and Benicio Del Toro would play grown up me.

Coming of age story about a guy that could never really make a decision about what he wanted to do in life... or at least that's what it seemed like. As the story progresses the 'friends' while telling stories about our downtrodden hero, unqittingly tell about the great things the main character did throughout his life (including: becoming a world reknown writer/chef) as well as his escapades one which took him across the country and as well as into space where he liberated a species of aliens that the government had held captive for hundreds of years (dating back to the time of Lincoln's time). A vast conspiracy and the secret recipe to Colonel Sander's chicken is revealed with an interesting plot twist in the end.

    ps.
Chris Nolan may just be granted directing reins in this flick and if that were to happen Johnathan Nolan would have final polish/rewrite after Kaufman and Kelly have their crack at it.

also, Robert Zemekis has been added as producer.

Hmmm add one part Clerks. A dash of Chasing Amy. A little bit action. Call it GAS STATION HELL. Go with the awkward Highschool and horendous College years. My time as a travelling salesman of sorts. The dead end hell of the Gas Station. All the strippers and dominatrixes and kinky ass users I've dated and been played by. Plenty of Weed and Booze. Can't forget the weed and booze. Throw in some porn stars to play the floozies I've been played by. Melissa Gilbert as the friend who used me for emotional reasons. Natalie Portman as the friend who helped me stop getting played. And Dennis Quaid as the Bank Of America recruiter who helped me get hired. Oh and the kid Josh from Josh and Drake to play me during my teenage years and Kevin Smith for my adult years.

    Spoiler:

    Conquering Obsolescence
The story of the first nano-augmented immortal human consciousness, and how it trancended the flesh he was born into, to be reborn as the first technology-based transferrable mind, and how it used its newfound longevity to bring real and beneficial change to the world. Complete with as many sexy robot chicks as your libido can deal with.

I feel remarkably unburdened with the need to explain, justify or defend anything I say, feel or do online to any self-entitled anonymous snarkwit who feels I owe their point of view a form of cogent argument or debate. Life is too short to stress myself arguing with strangers over minutiae. Ya don't like it, ignore me and go read something else. -WinterRose

Also, my friends at the funeral would be just celebrity cameos (including George Clooney as my brother, with the rest to be friends and relatives. Others would include: Steve Buscemi, Jim Carrey, Tom Hanks, Clive Owen, Jennifer Connelly, Christian Bale, Dane Cook, Luiz Guzman, Matt Damon, Kevin Kline, Dave Chappelle, Ben Affleck, Casey Affleck, Johnny Depp, Nicole Kidman, Alfredo Molina, Jamie Foxx, David Alan Grier, Bill Murray, Jean Reno, Selma Hayek, Ricky Gervais, John Leguizamo, Tracy Morgan, Charlie Murphy, Simon Pegg, Martin Freeman, the italian guy from Life is Beautifal and Denzel Washington) and my friends at younger ages would be cast as unknowns just to throw people off.
The friends in the reminiscing scene would be popping in and out of sharing stories as they arrive... like that one episode of Batman The Animated Series where all the villains share stories about how they ALMOST killed the Bats.

It would be a two part movie, filmed all in one piece but with an intermission.
