Yup...it's my favorite Comic Movie (followed in a close second by Hellboy).
The Uncut, Unedited, Uranted version (or whatever the hell it's called) on Sin City is also my favorite DVD to own.
I finally got around to watching, and holy shit, was that good. I was expecting good, but that was REALLY good.

How is that one different than the regular one?Originally Posted by Lab-Rat

Disc one has the theatrical version of the movie along with a bunch of standard DVD extras like Commentary, behind the scenes stuff, etc.
The second disc has each story seperated into it's own movie and scenes were added back to each story. Each story really does stand well on it's own. It also has your typical Robert Rodriguez extras like the 10 minute flic school, 10 minute Cooking school, and a few other neat little things.
That sounds pretty good. And I can imagine that each story would stand well on its own.Originally Posted by Lab-Rat

I watched it for the 1st time last weekend. Great movie.
My wife hated it. She said everyone "mumbles, and that was really annoying".
I just shook my head at her.
The two disk set also comes with The Hard Goodbye graphic novel. It's tiny. Super tiny, but it's there and it's a cool bonus.
Since getting the 2-DVD set, I think I've watched this movie five times...and I akmost never watch a movie more than twice. There are just so many goodies on the DVD that I can't stop.
I especially liked the part about how Rodriguez talked Miller into making the movie.
So how DID that go down? And for that matter, how is Tarantino involved in the movie? Special guest director? Huh?Originally Posted by Kirbys corpse
