How is the Marvel Zombies miniseries so far?

My comic shop didn't get it in and it looks like they won't. Just want to know if this first issue is worth tracking down..

The Marvel heroes chatting after messily devouring Magneto was one of the funniest damn things I've seen in a while.

I personally hated it. Almost seemed like a parody of itself. The concept was so good and scary in UFF.
