A bold idea that I'm sure alot of people would go for but the music industry would never stand for this nor the artists as well.

There would be just too much money to be lost in the industry if this were to go through......

That's interesting, a few days ago the french were talking about throwing anyone who illegally downloaded anything in jail for a minimum of 3 years...
