looks real good mike. you seem to have quite the affinity for the fantasy realm and it shows in your work. excellent stuff on the thor and beta ray bill series.

but i do have 2 questions (i posted them elsewhere, possibly at your old quesada board, and don't think i ever saw answers):

1. how do you and mike carey split up the writing tasks? i noticed you usually co-write all your stories and was wondering how that worked out.

2. does it upset you that this is under a different publisher than Conan? they are both from the same robert e. howard universe and it seems weird to split them up, making it harder to do natural crossovers.

Actually I AM mike Carey and have been ghost writing Lucifer for years

The publishing doesnt bother me at all, in fact Im happy to represent with a Jersey Company

not possible. lucifer and my faith in frankie were much more streamlined. thor was much wordier.

seriously though mike, whenever i open one of your books, i sometimes feel overwhelmed looking at it thinking, "how am i going to get through all these words?" then i read it and find the pacing of your writing to be amazing. somehow even with the dialogue and exposition, the flow of your writing makes the book such a smooth read and always very impressive.

of course you're happier with a jersey company!!! i guess for the present it'll have to be a fanboy pipe dream to see conan and red sonja in the same comic universe.

can't wait to read the book.

looking forward to this series bigtime. i do have a question though. how did Dynamite get the rights to publish Red Sonja. isn't she a Marvel character? she was loosely based on a Robert E. Howard character. by placing her in Conan's universe, did Marvel lose control of her?
