i've heard good things about The Fuck-Up. I almost stole it back in my shoplifting days.
these are some great books:
Rage by Richard Bachman
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
Brave New Girl by Louisa Luna
The Fuck-Up by Arthur Nersesian
Dogrun by Arthur Nersesian
If you've read any of these, let's discuss them.

How old were you when you read it? I think it was one of those "really speaks to you at a certain point in your life" books. I bonded with it in my early 20s. Not sure it would do much for me now, in my early 30s.Originally Posted by Oeming
Catcher in the Rye is the best god damn book ever written. If you thought it was boring, please read it again. The shit is funny. His observations are so right on.
I've read the fuck up and it's good.
I'll have to pick up the others (I've heard of them). Those type of books are along the lines of Bukowsi. Gotta read those.
Better him than me!
Shirley from What's Happening.
I read Rage when I was in my late tweens-early teens. I remember it made me feel dirty.
I think so.Originally Posted by Oeming
I mean, Catcher is pretty old school.
I think these are better. But they are in the same vein (or vain).
