The problem is that it usually only takes a few responses for the spamming to pay off, and there are always a few suckers around. Always.
Who are these people? I just got spammed on my blog by a guy who has a wedding photography site... yeah, thats a great way to give your business that "professional touch"....
Has anyone actully patronized a business that they learned about via Spam? Its gotta be almost impossible.... who would buy something from these people?
You gotta be the biggest sucker in the world if you're using a spaming joint to get your viagra....
It must work or they wouldn't do it.

Yeah I get them all the time on my blog. Blogger starting doing the code thing to try and stop it but it started up again after a few days. I hate all the pop-ups I get when I go to my own blog.
Wow.... I've yet to get a pop-up on my Blog... I do use FireFox... so maybe that stops it....Originally Posted by matthew spatola

it's a scale thing, like email spam. it costs nothing for them to spam millions and millions of people. even if just 1 percent or less clicks it's worth their time. and even if they don't they haven't lost anything.Originally Posted by xyzzy
