"Worse" isn't a good word. "Less interesting to me." I prefer their comedies, but I recognize and appreciate the skill in their more serious pieces. They just don't do it for me as much as the comedies.
Eh, it's the best of the Coen brothers movies, as far as I'm concerned. I like it better when they aim for content instead of style. Hudsucker Proxy and Raising Arizona are fun and all, but I usually get tired of watching them halfway trough. They're kinda dull.
