I stayed up all night, incredibly never lost power here. It was rougher than I thought it would be, of course it ended up making landfall alot closer to where I live than originally expected.
Winds are still blowing hard here at this moment. I only have gone out alittle this morning and looked around at my immediate surroundings, saw things like shutters blown off, many limbs broken off, mailboxes blown over. The neighbor has big pine trees, one of them split off from up high.
I wish I knew how to post some picks I would share some. But so far I have nothing to complain about.
As Im typing this I hear on the news about a house floating somewhere in texas with 7 people trapped inside trying to get out. New orleans is flooded all over again...
