Why is it that the only way to deal with someone weilding a knife is to shoot them?Don't most cops these days have tasers?I realize that the kid was probably trying to be a hardass, but to shoot him with obvious intent to kill is a bit much.If that was their only option, then they should really look into getting some kind of training for these guys on how to disarm an unruly teen without blowing his head off.Not cool.

15yr old kids are not what i call career criminals.Shoot to wound and get him to drop the weapon if need be.I know i wasn't there, don't know the exact circumstances, but just a shame the only way out was to massacre the BOY.

from the article
" Cleveland police shot and killed a 15-year-old boy early Thursday morning while searching his home on Jeffries Avenue for evidence in connection with a series of aggravated robberies."
"Police said Brandon was arrested in May for robbing a pizza deliveryman at knifepoint. It was one of a rash of pizza delivery robberies in the Warner/Turney roads area of Cleveland and Garfield Heights."
he is a menance and would have always been a menace.
cleveland is better off that he is dead!!!!!
i'm tired of this feel sorry for the criminals shit.....

some of these 15 year olds look like grown men.
"Shoot to wound" is only possible on TV... He doesn't go down and someone still gets cut. And the police get blamed for that.
And 15 isn't a "kid" at all.

Also, you HAVE to shoot to kill. There's no other choice. The part of the body that's moving the least when a subject is in motion is the torso. This is without even getting into the fact that this was a close quarters shooting.

Break the law, the police might shoot you. Action and consequence.
