You're on your own for the games.
Anybody know where I can download an emulator for either or both of these games? And not just an emulator that will allow me to run these games on XP, but also a copy of the game, because my CDs for both of these games are scratched beyond belief.
Both of these games were so awesome, I'd love to play through them again. I used to play Full Throttle so much I tried to talk Ben (the main character), and I was, uhhh... 12.
But yeah, if anybody could help me out, that'd be badassness of them.

Right, I got that far... Now I just need a downloadable copy of the games themselves.

Just buy 'em. They aren't that expensive.

You could probably get 'em used off eBay for next to nothing.
Yeah. If you like those, definitely pick up the Monkey Island games, too. And Sam and Max, if you haven't already.
You can't not mention Day of the Tentacle in that batch.Originally Posted by Dreg

i got Grim Fandango. great fucking game, literally funny as fuck, great graphics and just put together well.
unfortuantly, for me it was one of those games where you can only play once before you've seen it all.
if you have trouble finding it, i'll sell it to you for like $10 or something (assuming that mailing it isn't more than $5), but in all honesty, you can probably find it used somewhere for dirt cheap

i loved grim fandago.
but i couldn't finish it because i got stuck. there's a part where you have to used a forklift to help get an elevator moving (or something like that) and i simply could not pull it off. even with the help of walkthrus and such. it just would not work for me.
i chalked it up to the fact that i was playing an old game on a modern computer and the speed of the CPU was screwing up the timing or something.
it bummed me out.
