Does anybody else have a super passive aggressive boss. I do and it pisses me off to no end.
We had a good working relationship and then one day she turns super icy to me. So after a couple of weeks of that I'm thinking F this and I go and talk to her about it. She says No nothings different. (And before anyone asks we were not involved at any level. Excuse me while I get sick thinking about that....
...ok i'm back. Anyway, today she leaves and is a little friendlier than usual. So I'm thinking hmm maybe shes over whatever she had stuck up her ass.
About a half hour after she leaves, her supervisor asks to talk to me and tells me that she thinks that I'm not open enough with her?!?! Are you kidding me? I see her every morning and she never asks how I am doing. If you have a problem with me then tell me to my face. Don't do this smoke and mirrors bullshit. Makes me so angry.
At least I'm leaving for a week and a half and then am quitting in a month and a half after that. Oh, I'm counting down the days...

Not passive aggressive.
My boss is very...self absorbed.
He basically has no comprehension of what anyone elses job entails and basically thinks whatever is on his plate at the moment is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING EVER! No matter how trivial a thing is, if its something he is working on, and no matter what you are doing it could not possibly be more important than his stuff. And everything must be dropped and all attention focused on him.
He is also completely helpless with anything mundane.
