I was asking because it said " for not knowing Tintin' and it was positive. so i assumed they messed up. Because why would you say "This guy rules for not knowing a book."

There are some instances where you just know... plus people CAN announce it. Its a sort of revenge system almost... I just think its a bad idea.

yeah--it could be bad if people take it seriously. I don't but I bet some will.
