how long did it take since the time you were billed until the time you received your books?

i was quoted a 6 week turn around towards the end of april. 7 weeks later, I asked where the books are and they said they're backed up. they said I could expect it after July 4th. 2 weeks later I was billed. They could come anyday now. Hopefully today. But I don't see it at their website and no response to my email (first time that's happened). I know their busy, but so am I and I need to plan how many books I have so I can send them to the places they need to go. I've printed 50 through them, and 50 through a different printer which I'm selling now.

I asked if a 1 week turn around was possible. I assumed that meant asap.
The moment I got my invoice I paid instantly and that sped it up. They've gone as far as to pay for overnight delivery on their own dime to ensure that my books got to me by the deadline. This act earned them my continuing business.
