Here is a story that is really strange and sad at the same time. I'm posting it here not to be gossipy but because I think that this story is really revealing of the deep self-destructive compulsions that sometimes manifest in people. As I said, the whole thing is sad, though I expect that her marriage will survive.

I think it's an interesting human interest story. As I said, the self-destructive impulse that some people manifest is something that is worth pondering. Why couldn't (and can't) Bill Clinton keep it in his pants? Why did Petreaus and Paula Broadwell not realize that they were doing something that could easily destroy them? Why are so many people incapable of impulse control, especially very accomplished people with so much to lose? I think it's an inherently interesting question. In this woman's case, I am actually somewhat sympathetic. The idea of leading a double-life, one without restraint or which involves the acting out of one's most depraved fantasies, is easy to understand. Interestingly, she also seems to have found (or thought she found) some kind of emotional connection with some of her clients. But she and her family are also going to pay a high price for her actions.
Never heard of her. If it was someone well known like one of the magnificent 7 or nancy or tanya maybe I'd care.
Hate me all you want, 95 % of the time I'm write.
I feel bad for her that she was outed. That's obviously unfortunate. OTOH, she obviously had some issues she needed to sort out. And even though the article talks about her considering leaving even before it became known, this has to have been quite a shocking thing to go through.
It's interesting that she was involved in real estate, as the cross-over between prostitution and escort services is pretty strong.
Anyways, I remember her well from her competitive days, and never would have imagined her as an escort. It seems pretty clear from the article that she wasn't really doing it for the money, but because she felt her "normal" life was unfulfilling. That's obviously a fairly extreme way of dealing with depression and/or a lack of excitement. However, given her earlier life and the extent of her success on a world-wide stage, it's maybe not surprising that she couldn't find satisfaction in married life and real estate.
Obviously, prostitution was not the right answer to that problem. I'm not going to judge her, but clearly, in general, it's better not to be a prostitute than to be one. And obviously, she didn't need to be doing it for financial reasons. Anyhow, it's certainly an interesting story. I hope she gets whatever help she feels that she needs.
To be honest, there are far worse things she could have been, or done.
The story says her husband knew about this, even if she claims he disapproved. Doesn't make it all better, but it at least takes a half-gear back from her being a liar as well as a prostitute.
The photos I've seen of her show a reasonably attractive, and certainly athletic woman (2010 photo). But not a raving beauty, but a killer body. So given that she WASN'T marketing herself based on her small slice of fame, its telling that she seems to have been pretty quick to get to a fairly high level in her... hobby.

Here's the pic of her I'm sure is the most ironic:
Although allegedly, this rated R image is also her, so... LINK ONLY --> http://scallywagandvagabond.com/wp-c...y-Photos-4.jpg
And the screencap of her... rate sheet (and maybe a PG-13 image of her):
It does appear to lie about her age (cheating 4 years off her real age). As well as including the juicy info that she (at least professionally) swings both ways.
More racy photos (part of a story that allegedly the FBI now wants... to talk to her): http://scallywagandvagabond.com/2012...bis-attention/

I always remember thinking that she was attractive. And, as you say, she is obviously quite fit.
And of course there are worse things she could have been doing. She could of been a heroin addict, for example. Though most people would prefer not to be a prostitute. Clearly, for her, and in her mental situation, it's something she chose. She wasn't forced into it, at least not economically.
I'll repeat that I'm not going to judge her. My goodness, my negatively judging prostitution would make me one of the biggest hypocrites on the planet Earth. But she did say that she saw it as a huge mistake. The whole thing is fascinating, actually. And although it's ONLY her business, and that of her family, I would love to see her write a memoir one day. That would make a very interesting read, I bet.
