Yeah, "Candle in the Water" is just my fave of the Pushing Daisies numbers.
Kristen, I can't stand her.
Hate me all you want, 95 % of the time I'm write.
To be frank, I think most people just dislike her because it's the cool thing to do, due to her role in Twilight. Because she's definitely not any less talented than a huge number of other starlets that get no grief at all. She is also no more or less unpleasant than them. As for her inability to convey emotions...

Twilight is the biggest thing she's been in, and she was poor in it. Now, there's a variety of reasons for that, but what it boils down to is that most people have seen her in one movie, and she sucked there. First impressions matter.
And having seen her in a few things, she's not great. She's incredible unscripted, interviews and the like, really fun and interesting, but when the director yells action, she loses a lot. Mediocre at best, and I doubt she has the talent to improve.

But, speaking only as a person who rarely follows entertainment news, Kirsten is the only person like that I could name. She is the big name in young actors with more luck than talent, so she draws more ire, especially when more skilled people are trapped in obscurity.

I'm pretty sure Saucey's talking about Chenoweth though, not Stewart.
