March 2013 apparently, Sam Raimi, and its a prequel, starring James Franco, Mila Kunis, Michelle Williams and Rachel Weisz. One of whom is green, apparently (can't see the face, but that looks like Mila Kunis to me...)

Yes, Bruce Campbell is in it. I know THAT much. Cuz well... he ALWAYS is.

Dunno, I think cleavage all on its own does no longer constitute sexing up nowadays. Just today I thought that there is a surprising number of women walking around with cleavage all the time, it seems as a simple fashion choice, independet of occasion. I mean, her boobs are a bit smooshed, but by far not enough to create the exploding corsett effect one so often sees.

Barbie did a Wizard of Oz set once. The Wicked Witch was basically a green Barbie. You could have used the same doll as an Orion slave girl.

There seems to be a bizarre move these days to make any female under about 50 look like a supermodel. It's quite a wrench when I've been watching too much American drama and then watch something British, with female characters that look like women you'd see in the street (any street other than Hollywood Boulevard, anyway).

funny you say that, since they talk about that in the latest Entertainment Weekly.

bottom line, the live show is still selling out on Broadway, as well as in it's other two permanent sites. And the two touring groups also do really well. - almost a decade after the premiere.

so the Producers say a film version WILL happen. . but they are in the very early discussion stages, so likely not for a few more years.

(look how long it took them to do a "Rent" film. . but hey, they reunited the original cast, so I'll keep my fingers crossed for that to happen here too).

of course. . "Rent" did bomb at the box office. . .. but as a film, it remains one of my favorites of the past 20 years.
